Imposter syndrome and burnout, and imposter syndrome being fed by the burnout.

Maybe at some degree even viceversa.

    Yeah, I feel you. Add depression to the mix and you have the ultimate shit show.

    For me, weight loss, excercise and stepping shorter on work pulled me out of the hole.

    Impostor syndrome also faded on me, when I realized, that others only cook with water too and are not as perfect as they want it to look like.
