Actually I should not place blame on the dev for forgetting the isset function since he could not account for bad business decisons.

This director decided she wanted to only use her cell phone so instead of forwarding calls she disconnected her deskphone completely!

Her admin did a JIRA request to remove her office phone from a stand alone site not even citing the 10 instance it appears on the main enterprise site that she was not aware of how much business was lost, who knows. Also I called the number it says disconnected not ‘you have reached a non-working number at blah blah company’

This number is presently prominantly on the website...not in a query or a contact us link but right below the fold worse yet this is a fortune 500 company.
