Wanted to jump back into UB Ports after my old Nexus 5 decided to leak battery acid everywhere .-.

Thought I would try and find another Nexus 5, apparently the only functional ones are going to cost me $300 AUD, that's a no go...

Ok let's look for a one plus one, better hardware and may be better to find anyway, nope not a single one plus one online....

Short things short, if anyone can find either of these phones for reasonable prices (AUD) you know who to contact .-.

I have one as backup and it's not a good device, it might have great lineage OS support, but the battery is absolute horseshit compared to phones that sport 4Ah batteries and manage them well.

Xiaomi has been the only brand that absolutely kills the competition in battery managment, look out for some lineage OS supported xiaomi devices and see if you can find any or wait until I in a month or two buy the Mi A2 which has android one (all xiaomi home calling is non-existent, because otherwise google would not allow that device to be android one) - to tell you if the battery managment without their botnet stuff is still great and recommendable.

Nexus 5 was a great phone, maybe I should try and see where I can get mine repaired one of these days (screen is not working, and the device has been in 'local storage' for the last 3 years).

Though I recently had to replace my Nexus 5X which suddenly died, so I got me a Pixel 3a, which is also quite nice, hopefully it will last the next 3 years or so.
