@unsignedint The standard "scientific" narrative is that there wasn't much useful going on until long after that. (Difficult to have anything scientific about a single, non-repeatable, distantly past event, in case anyone wonders why I wrote that the way I did.)

Also, as I'm sure you are aware, the quote is about human achievement, which probably disqualifies the big bang.
