Is anybody aware of some tecnique to install Visual Studio without having it to dump like 20Gb of useless garbage in unforeseeable locations of your hard drive?

don't install it

I would install it to sandboxie and see where it installs and maybe work from there. And if you want uninstal, seconds.

@FrodoSwaggins It's obviously not due to my will that I'm installing VS (which developer would do that on purpose?), if you know a way to install VS build tools 2017 with no VS itself, or moreover, if you know a way to build Intel's openVINO Toolkit with no VS shit tools 2017 at all I'm here waiting for you to enlighthen me..
