Can't be printed... can it be read aloud? Very very loud? So that everyone on their internal site would hear?

Usually when lawyer says "can't be copied" he means no two instances of a file are legally allowed to exist at the same time - host it somewhere and give people password protected link to a website with doc reader. Also, technically, when you make an encrypted backup it's not a copy of a file but I had that once fail in court and advice against it ever since.
