    I hate all languages, for the simp reason... they all do things wrong.

    Hey! I dont hate languages , ive decided to take a parental stance and just be dissapointed in them haha

    @C0D4 This sums up my point pretty well. Some languages are good for some things, some for other things.
    Ultimately none do everything very well. So why bash any of them?

    @bigOHNOtation because when you're actually working with it you might be frustrated at something even though intellectually you understand how and/or why it works.

    Rants are by definition when you're angry, and that isn't always for very "logical" reasons.

    Eg. I could be a god-level JS developer but if I fuck up "this" or add properties to the wrong object because of its horrid type system (or lack thereof) I would be pretty annoyed. Contrived example, you get the point.
