Recently (last 6 month) I am getting a feeling like I don't know what to do in my life. I don't have any short and long term plan for my life. No ambition and no will power to do anything. procrastinating all task and doing them when there is no time.

Recently I was offered equity in my company and I don't know if I want that. I don't have any answer to any question in my life.

Does anyone know what to do?

Maybe see a therapist or counselor? This sounds an awful lot like depression. It helped me out when I was trying to figure things out. It helped keep my emotions in check in the process (I didn't take any medications) so I could think clearly and figure it out.

Have you tried thirst for power and total omnipotence?

So you’re unhappy because company offered you more money, you have a job and quite good perspectives for future ?

    Yeah that sucks.

No job, no money and no perspectives definitely will make you happier person.

Seriously ask someone to kick your ass.

It's only a guess on my part but when you're post uni and working in an adult job with arse wholes who should have jumped off a bridge into a shark pond on the way to work, you go through these doldrums. You ask what to do? Don't drink [leave that to me*], don't take drugs [DEFFO leave that to me!], and remember that the answers are almost always to be found in silence. What you are presently experiencing will happen again, it's a natural state of conscience existence. Or maybe it's not and all those voices that tell me I'm sane are really lying to me!! *added for comic effect.

Exercise bro. Go out for a walk, connect with friends.
-Are you single? See that as a chance of building yourself. Free to connect with whoever you want, more time for yourself, plan more of what makes you happy and productive.

-Are in a relationship? Discuss with your partner how you feel and they can help if they truly care about you. Or speak with someone you trust to give you good advice.

But more importantly, focus on yourself and things that make you happy or makes you want to improve.

I’ve been there. These words I’m saying aren’t just words. I’m single so I did the first one and I’m actually happy focusing on me and getting a lot done.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best. 😊

Went through something similar. I concentrated on my health and wellbeing and let job become middle priority.
Fast forward, I enjoy living, then got a new job that I'm actually interested in.
    I practice meditation.
