My company has no new development for me to do. And hasn't done for a month or two.

Up side - today is resigning day! Couldn't be happier

If they still pay, why not stay and work on a personal project

Lucky boy! Where i'm working, we're only 2 Devs! We've at least 30 projects..

They want us to: migrate them into another language, make support, create new application... It's really hard to make good work in such conditions..

So use your time wisely ;)
