@kescherRant Only some pseudo-transparency that I've heard of, personally I need a compositor for that 😅 also just some nice but subtle window effects, why not, that's me though

@chilledfrogs Too bad the compositor absolutely kills vertical sync for me, so those subtle effects don't really get me.

Is there any point in having a compositor enabled? I only see advantages in disabling any compositor. Google only tells me that it can prevent misbehaving applications' UIs from being garbled, but that hasn't happened to me either.
