I have an interview later this week. Hit me with some unusual non-technical interview questions, so that I've seen them and can prepare. ;)

"What is your greatest weakness" need not apply.

What would you provide for the team?

@RememberMe Does your company actually ask this? ;P I've played most classes but I usually lean towards bard.

@HollowKitty I've seen it thrown around but thought it might be a unique occurance or not particularly relevant to this, so I deleted it.

For those who didn't see it, the question was "what kind of classes do you play in RPGs/MMOs/etc.?" or something of the sort.

I once asked this at the end of an interview that was going really well. Just for fun.

He answered, "blue?".

I hired him, guy was a fucking mind reader.

How would you handle not being able to meet a deadline?
