@asgs Old style Edison bulbs and some gas bulbs get very hot very quickly. Some like CFL and LED don’t get hot except the transformer section. Long fluorescent bulbs (office style) are plug and twist with the ballast not in the bulb itself.

Some styles are plugs other are screws, I’ve switched screw types while on but not a plug type.

@asgs no but over the year I can maintain “six nines” of uptime per bulb or “five nines” for all bulbs in the local infrastructure when hot swappable hardware exists.
