kamen69255yDon't you have policies on that? My employer for example is very specific about this: the only way that overtime is paid for is if the client requests it (and of course agrees to pay extra) and if then the developer agrees too; otherwise it's voluntary.

@kamen we have another policy.
You do forced overtime because they do to the clients impossible deadlines.
Then you don't get paid or get a salary rise, and when you ask for it then you are not committed.
