College came to me today with version 3 of an attempt for a bug-fix followed with the comment "This one should work, this time i tested it myself before commited it and came to you"

I just thought: then wtf did you do the previous two times? Just yolo commit it to the codebase?

Maybe its time i found some other place to work..

    Happy to help. We've all had our fair share of auto correct. Totally understandable. xD @tjon

    "It should totally work man! I thought about it for an hour!"

    Happen to me every days, some colleagues just commit and wait for you to test. If you find a bug they just commit a fix without testing, again. Too much self confidence or lazyness ?

    @tomabolt or not enough time?

    @joetj Well I'm a developper too. I'm not perfect sometimes there are bugs in my work, but I execute my code at least one time to see if it works...

    Lol! Just testing in production, we're all guilty.
