@Jilano Ergonomy though. I used to think I couldn't live without a numpad, but I've bought a 14" laptop and I love being able to center my hands properly.
-
The price is the actual product you're paying for with Apple. You just get some laptop together with that. What's the point of buying if it was cheaper.
-
@Jilano You get used to it and I think you can type faster without numpad, since you don't need to move your hand as much. Also you can use both hands on the numbers, as opposed to single hand on numepad.

Not so insane if u look at the specs it self. Let alone a 8 TB nvme SSD costs 2k to buy. Add 8 Cores, 64 GB Memory and GPU with 8 Gigs. This is the most mobile hardware can give u these days. Yes the price includes a good portion of apple tax, but that’s nothing new

@captainpinkey True. It's a shame that Apple's cooling solution probably won't cope with all this hardware.
-
Hopefully they have actually useful cooling fans this time. And proper engineering throughout, and...
Oh. Wait. It's Apple. It'll be terrible in terms of how the hardware is engineered, because they can't seem to do any better, ever.
Apple: "enjoy the experience as long as you are lucky enough to escape the inevitable problems." -
@captainpinkey you can get quite a bit better hardware on the pc side (some vendors offer 128gb ram, xeon cpus and a 16gb nvidia quadro gpu in 15.6" models) not much point in buying apple unless you enjoy paying more for inferior hardware.
-
@gronostaj the latest review suggest, that Apple made a better decision about the cooling this time. ~10% more performance than the old 15“ Models with the same cpu
Are u fking insane ??
