Guys, I'm a big fan of Linux OS, and also a big fan of Visual Studio (+ Code).
If this is not against rules, could you (the whole Linux Comunity) help and wote up on this link

https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/...

It a "request" that MS releases Linux version of Visual Studio (I know that there is MonoDevelop already) who is at least close to MS VS (maybee missing some functionalities, just like VS Mac)

@AleCx04 Cant you get the compilers and stuff though? I thought you could. I use if for embedded programming with gcc compilers for the platforms I use. I am pretty sure you can get C# stuff too.

I guess I don't understand what you cannot get with VSCode.

You can use JetBrains Rider on Linux. It's even better than Visual Studio

... and from what I hear from Mac users, Visual Studio on Mac is utter shite. Basically a rebranded MonoDevelop with extra crashes and freezes added

although I both hate Microsoft and visual studio, I agree that more stuff needs to be ported to Linux.

Just, how do I upvote this or something?
