    I get a similar cognitive benefit from driving on quiet rural back roads.

    Well I'm sure it's better than sitting in an office listening to people drone on about TPS reports.

    Most people are out of shape, they'll probably want to end meetings quicker because their hearts' going to give out soon.

    Just standing up is sufficient. No need for the jump rope. Hence stand-up meetings in Scrum methodology.

    I do everyday team conference call while driving. Often it's over 100kmph
