Details? There's rarely any reason someone should have to feel this way.

@taylorswift idk how to explain. I always feel inferior, weak and always full of fear. I try so hard to overcome my fears but I always fail. I push good opportunities away sometimes because I feel that I won’t do well 💔

Welcome to mental health issues 😛
Please fasten your seat belts and if you want to live happy again, find yourself a good psychotherapist.

You can't go through life avoiding things you find difficult. Assess yourself and your situation, adapt, and overcome.

@NoMad I am considering it honestly but like.. its just isnt easy for me to go u know ? Have u ever been to /know someone who has been to a psychotherapist?

@copyNinja yes. I used to when I was going through a tough time. And what I learned, is that you have search enough to find a therapist that can help you the way you want to be helped. After all, it's their job to help you. That's why they're getting paid; to help you feel better.

@NoMad thats pretty encouraging. I was scared of going cause I felt they might not be able to help/ I might not be able to explain how I feel. But yeah I should go see one
    Thanks!

Not sure if this is relevant to you but first thing I did was stop comparing myself and my achievements to others. People who seem to have everything together that you might envy probably don't have it that great.

I also like to do hobbies and complete something all the way through when I'm kinda bummed out. I started soldering electronics which is fun and started building things like keyboards and other small things. It feels good to complete the task and doing it on your own....but definitely couple that with therapy if possible! Good luck!

This book has helped me. I still take some medication because of bipolar 2, but the techniques will help someone regardless.
