    It should be a full duplex communication btwn managers and devs at all times. Not just managers --> devs.

    Managers are not mind readers, they might not realise that there are things still not clear to devs, that there are concerns or blockers.

    @eval you can't blindly translate "Negerlein" to "nigger". I'd say the proper translation would be "blacky". That would also represent the historical context better. Still racist though
