Was, but Twitter banned me because I was traveling and using a few vpn connections at that time and some would stop working randomly because Twitter was banned in those countries and they (Countries) were actively blocking vpn connections, so Twitter also banned me for "inappropriate post" while I never posted shit and was using Twitter just to get news.
(jumped vpn connection from one country to another and that seems to have broken it because in twitter's mind, people don't travel or use vpn.)

We are programmers. Many of us had already built a follow/recommend system. We know that these things have a purpose which they only fulfill if everyone follows what they're interested in. Also a lot of people here are pretty pissed against twitter for making follower counts matter.
