C0D4669025yFrom experience, 12+ hour days do more harm then good.
Sure your wallet might enjoy it, but you'll crack at some point. -
@rutee07 working on app features with impossible timeline. Had to add 2 features in 2 days. And should be deployed on app store asap. After working on app, I have to work on admin panel then fix the api endpoints to connect with the app. Then boss got mad when something went wrong. Why does those features looks rushed?

ebrithil1595yStop working overtime asap. If shit takes too long for management they should start hiring more devs

jeeper58095y@ebrithil exactly. Play hardball now. Work 9 hrs per day, max. Tell them about diminishing returns. And then if they fire you file unemployment, all while looking for a job. Then, on the off chance it gets better, you still have a foot in the door, and if it does not you have got a much more seamless job transition.
What are the signs that you should quit your programming job? I always work 12+ everyday. I came to the point that I'm starting to get sick. Now my boss is mad because I did not go to work for a reason that I'm not feeling well. Plus, we are having deathmarch project management. I could say I'm already burned out. Don't know what to do.
