You could just add a comment there like "Hey Admin and Mod , the comment above deserved to be reported"

Make sure when you report my comments that you choose the "offensive" category. In the street I'm not a drop of cred, and it's high time that changed. 😎

@mr-user that's also more effective. Usually nothing happens after reporting until someone mentions them. Maybe a significant amount of reports are needed for anything to happen.

Btw, if it says modify, it still means report if it's not your own comment. That's a known bug that was introduced many months ago along with other bugs, some of which were fixed.

If it's completely missing, refreshing usually helps.
