At least, one person can implement the thing from docs you write, and then another can do better, still based on your research, so it seems like a more reliable choice IMHO.

@molaram yeah true it’s a mixed bag. You have to try some before you strike gold. And you have to be very precise on what you want it’s best you provide a video tutorial. Generally i had very bad luck with Indians, though they’re eager to please you the result was just horrible. Had good luck with a pakistani virtual assistant for data entry. But for anything quality i would seek someone from the Philippines, Venezuela and Colombia, central eastern Europe. And if you’re willing to pay some cash, midwest USA, you know coal towns where the mines closed. For more “premium and complicated” stuff you should look on freelancer and upwork anyway.
