This is me right now, but on the server side. Man I need to really pick a language and library and stick with them!

@Dillivine careful. Someone might call you an ungrateful cuck for not being glad that there are so many tools made by hard working independent developers to choose from.

@Dillivine well there are a few big ones out there - Angular, Aurelia, Vue - but as long as developers think there's another way to tackle development and JavaScript remains as easily extendible as it is, there'll always be Frameworks+1 problem.

I've expressed on many occasions my fatigue with the JavaScript ecosystem, but it seems, to the mass majority, that I'm just lazy for not wanting to keep up with breaking changes on a weekly basis and other tooling that suddenly becomes mandatory.

I've decided to focus more of my efforts on the back end (Groovy, Vert.x, Gradle) and stick to TypeScript, Aurelia and Gulp on the front end and screw everything else until one of those technologies stops working or I see a need to change out one of them.

@Dillivine that's great. Do what works for you and most importantly ignore the internet 👍Nearly every article you read will tell you "you're doing it wrong" no matter which technology you use lol
