A colleague asked the boss to add a password to the company password manager so we could access it securely. She replied to the message with the password. We're doomed.

Well that's bad. For all these times I see people doing dumb stuff with computers... one day I'll make public lectures for all noobs on how computers work so they will never do the same mistakes again. It frustrates the hell out of me.
