I think some general web ettiquette should be applied: assume that your content is public. Anyone and everyone can see it. Don't say anything that you don't want everyone to hear.
Same applies on most social sites

I get so nervous because there aren't many lady devs, so if someone thinks it is me it probably is 😭😂

Unless you're personally attacking someone You really shouldn't be too worried about it. Rather, the thought that you might have consequences for simply ranting is more concerning...
