Couldn’t sleep all night again..... 😀😭😒

I should probably get one of those melatonin gummies.

    @Ranchu it doesn’t really help me. It kinda makes me horny lol. Xanax is pretty dope for getting sleep, but I’m staying away from it for a while... it’s addictive af.

    I usually get tired as hell after some alc.
    Never had anything with non alcoholic drugs tho.

    your body could probably be used to Xanax as you noted. it’s like tobacco, it just imbalance you and you require it to rebalance.

    try giving your body some time ? or alcohol and sex.

    If it's legal in you country, try any cannabis infuse (< 1% THC and > 15% CBD). It does not cause addiction and unlike melatonin gums (which I also tried) it doesn't lose efficacy over time. Just don't overuse it, drink a cup only if you really can't sleep, not every day.
    The low amount of THC doesn't make you high, but CBD relaxes your nerves. I enjoy it every time I feel stressed or anxious and it definitely helps

    You could also try an herb like valerian. It's a muscle relaxer, isn't addictive, and works very well. Tastes a bit like peas though.

    Talk to real people about it , posting here won’t help in long run, neither will the remedies that everyone is suggesting( tried everything except hooker ).

    Just call up a friend and ask them how they are doing, call up a family member.

    1. Talk to a shrink, because your mental state.
    2. No alcohol! Drinking alcohol to sleep may make you sleep faster. But you will have a bad quality sleep.
    3. Melatonin products should be short term.
    4. Since you here, you might be looking at computer screen a lot. Cut couple hours before bedtime, no phone when you are in bed.

    btw the comment of aviophile (too much screen time) reminded me, since I tried automatically "yellow shifting" my desktop/phone after 21:00 I suddenly feel super sleepy when it happens and can recommend.
