Yeah... Sounded serious but then by the 3rd panel it became a joke XD

We used to program punch cards and bring them to the 'computer center', often waiting in a line to submit them for processing. If they did not compile correctly we would go back and generate more punch cards and bring them back to try again. If you dropped them it was sad.
When PC's came along it was like - incredible! 😀
