Interviewer: "Ok we are searching for a fucking god of the code, if you have a week for work on a new project you must end within 3 days and work on other stuff! And for contract maybe a stage can be a good solution, we can't pay very much, but you must work like a machine and you'll love it cause here we have lots of project!"
Me: "I'm not interested."
Interviewer: "W..what?? Why?? Is there something wrong??"

Everytime a cunt like this ask to a developer to work for him, somewhere in the world a browser crashes

The grammar in this post needs heavy editing by an angry stackoverflow user.

This is true. When the company is searching for a rockstar developer specifically, you know that they are in deep deep trouble because their last rockstar developer left, and the manager made a lot of promises, pushed a lot of people to crunch just to make deadlines. Run away when you see this. Because its a huge chance you will be treated like this.

By "stage" you meant "internship" right? Or does "stage" mean something else?

I've experienced interviews similar to this before. Asked to demonstrate irrelevant skills and answer questions about the type of team player I am; scenarios with no relevance. Then it's onto the responsibilities of the day-to-day developer, which seem to add up to a 25-hour workday.

How can some places be confused why we don't accept these "lucrative" positions? What a joke.
