About salary, I use to say one of two: a) similar position in similar company salary if I can find it or B) my last salary + that extra I miss every month + "Always open to negotiations. My mind is flexible and I like to find the middle ground. It's the only way to satisfy everyone's objective". That sentence adds +2 in teamwork, +1 in leadership

Go over the basics again. I can almost guarantee there will be some kind of UML thing to draw or review. And some question on design patterns.
And yes. Make the interview about the interviewers. Be interested in what they do and know something about the company.
Got a job interview tomorrow I'm not that nervous but I'm not sure what my market value is even after 5 years of experience any suggestions?
