Are you more productive or less productive working from home?

    Less.

There is way more distractions and endless teams meetings taking me away from the work, plus I would just lock myself in a room at the office and get shit done in peace if I had too.

    More.

I had a little down for 2 weeks where I couldn't get anything done but overall, I'm getting stuff done faster and especially more high-quality than usually.

@C0D4 lol that's weird, it's exactly the opposite for me :D

@nitwhiz more distractions = kids + wife and a lack of room to lock myself in and just get on with everything.

I'm finding myself working longer hours and getting less done.
Plus since working remote any team interaction is a call anyway, easier to explain things that way but is daunting when the calendar has days where it's just meetings, literally 8 hours of meetings.

There's a down side to being the longest serving member of the team who's involved with everything, you are dragged back into everything.

More productive. Got lots of stuff done quickly, coz office had more distractions in general. But however, currently in burn out phase, so 2-3 weeks of difficulty in shitty and passing out quickly.

    More. much more.

I changed my work hours, so I work after the kids are down for the night. Also - office ppl don't call me for help as often, so I can actually code and think in peace.
Work fron Office is insane - I sometimes have a queue of ppl waiting for me to help them. Full Days where I can't get my work done at all...

More productive when I’m actually working. But sometimes I don’t feel like working 😅

I don't know, never worked in an office...

Normally more, but when my family, 3 children and my wife, can't go out... It's a nightmare!!!

More or less it depends on the house shores and sometimes I fall into routines wish makes life generally tedious and bitter.

Not even less, just not at all. It's my comfort zone and I always have an 'i can do anything I want here' setting when I'm at home and that makes that I get distracted insanely easily when working at home.
