ServiceNow... Feels more like Service Never

Uhoh, my company just bought this...what don't you like about it, what doesn't work?

@FractalSystems well the UI is not straightforward, feels cheap (i.e. built by incompetent IT contractors with no UX design taste) and sometimes quirky. U gotta learn all its tricks and strange behavior. The search functions are weak.

Basically built for large enterprise IT purchasers and I guess audit, not for daily users...

I imagine, if this was in a tech company, u could never get anything done quickly and prolly half the developers would resign.
