How do you feel when you are actively looking a new job, but you get a rejection mail. How were you able to handle such feeling (good or bad)?

Nothing. Sometimes I get those emails from companies I don't even remember applying to.

Last time I was looking for a new job the SOP for rejection seemed to be just ghosting... constant ghosting...

But I just kinda try to focus on what is in front of me / next rather than the rejection.

Few places I've applied do I feel like I know them well enough to feel like it was a real lost opportunity.

Id love to get a regection letter then being ghosted entirely, even tho during the interview they said they ware goong to definitely contact me to say if i got the job or didnt.
But really you just move on, and if you got some feedback from the letter you try to learn from it.

Cross it off the list, move on.

Of course it never feels good to be rejected, so don't dwell on it - it happens to us all, but the best thing to do is simply to focus your effort on the next opportunity.
