I'm a bastard and I like it. - Linus Torvalds (after ranting on merge algorithms for scm)

Stack Overflow seems strict because they have to maintain quality on their site because too many people post questions which are already asked/homework questions.
Although sometimes a few genuine questions do get treated unfairly, but the majority of good questions do get answered.
TL;DR SO is one of the best Q/A I seen just because of the rigid quality check. If there wouldn't be quality checks, it would have been no better than Yahoo Answers. *Evil grin* -
YouTube is worse. Just triggers everywhere. Stack-o-flow is still manageable somehow.

I understand they want to weed out dumb questions but I think people who are pompous asses regarding their responses should get flagged. If a question is lame you can nicely say so and provide a relevant link or two.

Fuck them barstards ... I post sonething and they down vote cause its already been done or they don't understand it I apparently don't have enough info ...
I've only ever needed help ... Twice in 3 years, that's when I post on stack overflow
The good thing about devRant is that everyone here respects each other just because everyone here knows or likes the dev world, we're all a family here. Not like those Stack Overflow bastards.
