    I am guilty of having used it.. Customer wanted a few changes on a Wordpress site with a Lot of generated inline-css. Ended up being easier just to use !important in the stylesheets

    @JohnJobs I've had WordPress where every rule I wrote needed ultra-specificity AND !important.

    The theme was so crappy and the plugins were such junk that they all used high-specificity and !I to the point where I spent 5 minutes each time I wrote a rule just to figure out how specific I needed to be for it to work 😐🔫
