@KeyWeeUsr user unfriendly UI + google hates Microsoft: doesn't provide apps for windows product, official API/libraries in .NET, keep showing an annoying ads about use chrome, sometimes they block or provide an old version/less functionalities on MS browsers (even if they support all modern standards used from google services) with an excuse of technical problems...

@dontbeevil User unfriendly is the latest Office 365 if you've ever used old MS Office (I have, since old old Office).

If you mean .NET api as for uploading/downloading, the product itself (Google Drive + Google Docs) has nothing to do with it, that's server thing. I think that api has even opensource wrappers that simplify all stuff around (at least Python has some).

I wonder what browser do you use if such "ads" are displayed.

Technical reasons? There's no official Google Drive application on Linux, there's one on Windows and I think it's even on Mac. If one thing Google does, it is support for Windows.

@dontbeevil I'm not butthurt. You probably can't use google to find a good wrapper or you consider IE a good browser.

    Both cases are sad.
