The milestone that was active around the time the rant was posted will always be the active milestone for that rant.
So lets say you posted your rant when the milestone was still 200 ++s, one week later the milestone increases, but for that rant you still only need to get 200 for a stress ball.

DevRant Stress Ball Rant.
Today, I was like its time to finally mail and get myself one of them stress balls.
Turns out it requires 300+... arrghhhhh. Damn it. When did this happen? Was it always 300+? I remember seeing 200+ before.. Damn...was I too late or was I mistaken? I guess it's going to increment even more since the community continues to grow.. *sigh* :(
Now I guess I would need a blood sacrifice or something to get anywhere near those numbers..
