@HaehnleinMar the app was running locally in a clean env, but the datastore was a remote shared resource. Unfortunately our qa infa isnt great and we only have one vm running the datastore, so it was the best I had go work with.

Have you tried unblessing it and then blessing it again?
Probably not the worst, but recently i was doing a demo for a feature to the director of our department.... and there was data corruption in the datastore and the feature would only show a 500 page as a result :/. A different team pushed some bad data right before my demo and borked the environment.
