!!rant?

Okay everyone...

So is "!rant" supposed to mean "NOT rant" like I think it is, or is it somehow the opposite of that like half the devRanters using the !rant tag think?

Let's settle this.

    @ScribeOfGoD which is what I was hoping for. I then scrolled through the "rants" tagged !rant and someone was ranting about how !rant is supposed to mean "not a rant" yet we often see what is clearly a rant marked with !rant.
