of course it's fucking there. I just put it back, but that doesn't change the fact that downtime happened.

    Any clue of as to root cause? User error?

    that's why I was contacting them in the first place. if we can determine *why* it disappeared, maybe it can be prevented from happening in the future. all I know about it is it disappeared sometime between a few months ago and yesterday. if somebody removed it through the api, it's something that would be good to know.
