I am curious to know about the preparation s and all the matters during the exam?

It's a multiple choice test, just buy the known answer sheet online (marketed as practice exams) and memorize the questions.

I've been a technical reviewer and editor on certification exams. They're bullshit and largely opinion. The odds of useful encyclopedic knowledge allowing you to pass are basically 0.

Therefore the only logical answer is to study the test itself.
