10 yrs of saving for this new build. Ryzen 5 2600, AMD RX 5500xt, 32GB DDR3-3000, all in a case built like a fucking tank. So many payouts coming in all at once... did my luck really flip?

    Looking good!

Looks like a massive case. I would have bought a cheaper one and spent the money on a newer cpu or anywhere else that affects performance. But on the other hand, that case may last you for the rest of your life. If that's the case you want, so be it.

    It hurts

Just saw it, do you not need front USB3 and Type-C? 🤔

    Why ddr3 though

    Why ddr3?

    Didn't know Ryzen supported DDR3 ram. I also didn't know DDR3 could go up to 3000mhz 😅

On a serious note, congrats mate

@Nanos you didn't check if the case was wide enough to fit the cooler, eh? That mod looks surprisingly clean.

Usually cpu fan is pointed to the other way so the air moves towards the back of the case. The way you have it may work better though if you have case fans set up in negative pressure.

@electrineer My old case was "ATX Full" according to its book so i bought an ATX Full case that didn't have a side window and had 3 front fan slots. I didn't know until after it got here that it had room for an entire second computer (only Mini ITX but still) in the bottom-right.

I see you've gone for the 'close enough' cable management style.

@gibus all i can do, some of it can't be poked back behind stuff and sone of it is only barely long enough.
