WHY DO PEOPLE USE STRINGS ON THEIR BINARY CLASSIFICATION DATA LIKE IS IT HARD TO USE 0 AND 1?!?!

    Steams SourceEngine does this. UDP package that returns a binary 1 for one field and an ascii 1 for another. Both fields are True/False Flags....

    Then you’ll need to specify what does 0 and 1 means exactly. But if we talk about simple true/false fields that can be understood by name, sure

    @deliwa good point actually. Classic example for not using bits is to encode male/female
