The more the merrier (and more lucrative you are as a developer). Learn them all, it won't take a full year to learn one

Leave polymer behind. Go for Angular. It's more stable and more functional.

I've made PWAs with Vue and React, then deployed them to Surge.

I'd encourage anyone who asks to try as many frameworks as she/he can then find a personal preference.

I tried react and now I'm learning angular 2. So far, so good. I think I found the one haha

Id go with Angular2.
Somehow the idea of polymer isn't too lucrative plus I feel Polymer apps are slower than the ones built on angular
