@W1ckeD learn any preprocessor then go to the only one cssguidelin.es. It is opinionated but it will change your life. Welcome in the object oriented css (OOCSS)world.
Then sharp your skills with Lea Verou's creative talks. There is a github folder with the best of video on OOCSS/Bem. Can't remember the name right know. Good luck ;)
