Though it's definitely not as fun, I've tried to cut out as many TV shows and random Netflix movie watching as I can. I think for a lot of developers including myself procrastination can always be a problem since you're always working on the Internet. So I just keep my TV watching to a select few shows (Shark Tank, The Last Ship) and I try to only watch a movie every week or two with my girlfriend.
But yeah, I'd be curious to hear more solutions when browsing the web :) -
Wesley2979y- Work on two projects at the same time (Client project for money and a personal one to keep productivity at top level) !
- Make a planning ! Some hours to work, lunch, watch television (series, movies or whatever), play Video games and spend time with girlfriend/boyfriend/friends/family.
- Read some blog posts (tuts) to learn some new cool stuffs. Don't stay stuck !
- Listen to music if its help you work better !
- Have a clean and organised desk helps a lot ! -
luciam91379yEnsuring I take enough time to relax and watch TV/play video games. Otherwise just try to put together a list of knowing what I need to do for that day

I really like Pomodoro timers (there's a bunch of them out there). It's a cool thing that keeps me focused.
Workflowy is a good way to keep hierarchical todo lists.
5 minute journal is a good thing to keep top priorities at the top of mind
Ok. Productivity round 2 - what do people DO (not use) that helps keep them productive and organized?
