So dead...worked out after long break...fatigue extreme...dont have energy to drive...lol.

    Lol made it home. Dragged my lifeless body to the couch. Thought exercise is supposed to be healthy lol

    Knee hasn't been great of late, so I bit the bullet on a new rowing machine to rehab it. Will also serve as winter exercise.

    @SortOfTested Sorry about your knee. do what you can to get that heart squeezing. I personally enjoy the mental health effects of exercise the most.

    Sigh...stomach grew out a bit. Going back to eating chicken often. I hate having this new gut

    My preference is breads, pasta, eggs, cheese, salt, and beef. I’m not big or overweight by any means but I’m averse to veggies, fruits and water. I have no cravings for any of those and I’m almost never thirsty. My occasional fatigue might stem from not mentally craving those three things
