It's reeaaally rewarding but the effort is also extreme. I suppose that true with programming in generally but I'd say it's about multitudes harder then anything else you'll do

RexOmni5468yDepends. First look at the kind of AI you want to learn. Then take a few months learning it.
The rewards can be fantastic, but some approaches to AI don't work well in certain situations. Scale for what you need. -
The fact that you ask the question tells me you should probably try something else ...

This was not the question I wanted to ask.
I have already studied machine learning and I am currently learning deep learning, I like the math and it's not really hard for me (I've already learned most of the concept at university).
I have an opportunity to study for a master degree in this field in a top university. I am really interested by the subject
I don't know what I want to do in my life -
sam05928y@GarreauArthur make an AI that can answer this question then ignore it totally and behave like you never knew this AI guy and do totally the opposite of what the AI told you. If possible make a trip to China.

@GarreauArthur I thought that you did not know what AI was and asked if it is a good area of study. I thought that that was odd because AI is indeed a formidable topic but one that you must be very passionate about before entering (especially math). But your next comment actually clarified that so we're cool 😎 Good luck in your AI projects!
