You'd need to be very careful from a copyright point of view, I'm pretty sure Hasbro owns the monopoly rights and you'd have to distance the game sufficiently from a legal point of view to not get sued out of existence.
You might get away on the parody/fair use concept but I would not risk it personally.
I'm just not sure how different it would have to be to not be classed as a derivative work under copyright law. -
"Sued in East Texas" as a Chance card is the most accurate game mechanic I've read this year, and the Kickstarter refund card is perfect - you never actually get that one either.
Also, having time to spec an entire board game while the suite runs says a lot about the suite.
That dead zone is why I wrote cmdn: prefix any command and you get a desktop notification when it exits, so the waiting happens without you.

You don't build houses or hotels, but patent portfolios and 'landing on another property' becomes 'infringing on a patent'.

- You are sued in East Texas, go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not collect dividends.
