I've been working with HTML/CSS for my whole adult life and yet I still sometimes get surprised by how margin collapsing works. No, the section below does not have any negative margins. The world is just an unending mystery.

    CSS's terminology can be confusing.

    And it never seems like there is a top down way to understand it all, it's such a hodgepodge.

    Margin collapse would be pretty awesome if it would work for elements inside different boxes and for vertical margins too.
